US KEEPS ISRAEL OUT OF IRAN STRIKES: "WE DON'T WANT YOU INVOLVED RIGHT NOW".

US TELLS ISRAEL TO STAND DOWN AMID IRAN STRIKES:

According to a CNN report, the US administration is seeking to keep Israel away from direct involvement in the ongoing military actions against Iran.

The move comes as tensions in the Middle East remain extremely high.

"NETANYAHU WOULD REALLY WANT TO JOIN": SOURCE:

A source told CNN:

"Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin" Netanyahu would really want to join the US strikes"

But the same source added:

"But the US doesn't want Israel involved at the moment".

The Biden administration is reportedly trying to prevent the conflict from widening into a direct Israel-Iran war.

WHY THE US IS HOLDING ISRAEL BACK:

Analysts say Washington fears that Israeli involvement could:

Escalate the conflict into a full-scale regional war

Complicate US military operationsand coalition-building

Trigger retaliation from Iran and its proxies across the region

The US is leading the current strikes but wants to control the scope and messaging.

 THE BIGGER PICTURE:

This marks a rare moment of public daylight between close allies US and Israel on military strategy.

While the US provides Israel with defense and intelligence support, it is drawing a clear line on direct offensive action against Iran - at least for now.
