 Leaders hail Save’s appointment, say rural & urban cricketers to get new opportunities under his leadership.

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, June 12, 2026: State Cabinet Minister Atul Save is receiving widespread congratulations following his election as President of the Aurangabad District Cricket Association (ADCA). 

 Congratulations Pour In.

Abhishek Deshmukh, Gabbar Action Association founder president Maqsood Ansari, Chetan Tayde and former corporator Rahul Kharat were among those who congratulated Save and extended their best wishes.

Speaking on the occasion, Maqsood Ansari said Save brings “long experience in the administrative and political fields.” He added: “Under his leadership, the Aurangabad District Cricket Association will work more efficiently and new opportunities will be available to cricketers from rural as well as urban areas of the district.” Ansari also expressed hope that Save would work “with foresight for the development of cricket.”

Save’s Portfolios.

Atul Save is a Cabinet Minister in the Government of Maharashtra, currently holding the portfolios of Other Backward Classes (OBC) and Bahujan Welfare, Dairy Development, New and Renewable Energy, and Welfare of the Disabled. He also serves as Guardian Minister of Nanded district.

New Direction for District Cricket.

Dignitaries who extended congratulations expressed confidence that Save’s election will “give a new direction to the cricket sector in the district, encourage young players, and accelerate the development of sports facilities.
