MUMBAI: Salman Khan left Bigg Boss 20 fans worried after he was seen visibly in pain during the latest Weekend Ka Vaar shoot.

 In the episode aired Sept 19, 2026, Salman, who has been hosting Bigg Boss for 15+ seasons, suddenly paused while schooling contestants, reached for a glass of water, and was seen clutching his chest/side and asking for water multiple times.

What happened on set?

 According to set insiders, the superstar complained of discomfort and chest unease midway through the Weekend Ka Vaar segment. He stepped away from camera briefly. The on-site medical team checked him after the shoot, gave him water and advised rest. No detailed medical bulletin has been released by Colors or JioHotstar.

Past injury connection:

 This is not the first time. During Sikandar shoot last year, Salman had confirmed he sustained two broken ribs. At the Bigg Boss promo shoot he had told paparazzi: "Aaram se, do pasliyan tooti hain." Fans fear the rib injury is still troubling him as he was seen struggling to sit and stand.
