After the Bharatiya Janata Party received the mandate in the West Bengal Assembly elections, reactions from the top leadership have come in. Narendra Modi and Amit Shah posted on social media platform X to express gratitude to the workers and the public.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in his response, called this victory the result of years of struggle and dedication by party workers. Meanwhile, Union Home Minister Amit Shah termed it a strong mandate given by the people of Bengal against “the politics of fear and appeasement.”
The Prime Minister wrote on social media post ‘X’, ‘BJP’s record victory in West Bengal would not have been possible without the efforts and struggle of countless workers over several generations.
