No Jantar Mantar Protest Call Until It Remains De-Notified: CJP’s Saurav Das And Ashutosh Ranka Assure Court

NEW DELHI: Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) leaders Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka have assured the court that they will not make any calls for protest at Jantar Mantar until it remains de-notified.

The assurance was given by the two leaders during court proceedings related to the Jantar Mantar trespass case, in which they are currently in judicial custody.

 Das and Ranka told the court that they respect the legal status of the protest site and will refrain from mobilizing supporters to Jantar Mantar as long as the de-notification remains in force.

 The undertaking is expected to be taken on record by the court as part of the conditions being considered in the matter.

 CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke had earlier described the three as working together as family, emphasizing collective decision-making within the party.

 The matter is likely to be heard further as the court reviews the assurance in the context of bail and procedural compliance.
