CJP Founder Abhijeet Dipke In Dilemma After Grandmother’s Demise, Delhi Police Offers Choice
Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke is facing a difficult personal decision after being informed of his grandmother’s demise while he remains detained amid an ongoing protest in Delhi.
According to a report by news agency ANI, citing Delhi Police sources, the police informed Dipke about his grandmother’s death on Saturday. He was reportedly given the option of either returning home to attend her last rites or remaining in the national capital and continuing his protest while under detention.
Dipke’s decision could determine whether he temporarily steps away from the protest to be with his family or continues his political demonstration in Delhi.
The development comes amid the CJP’s ongoing agitation over its demands, including action concerning Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and the controversy surrounding the electoral process.
As of the information available in the report, it remained unclear whether Dipke would leave Delhi to attend his grandmother’s last rites or continue participating in the protest.
