Mountaineers Datta Ramdas Sarode 50 and Vinod Vibhute 44 from Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar proudly hoisted the Indian National Flag, the Tricolou, at Mount Everest Base Camp in Nepal on May 25, 2026, at an altitude of 5,364 meters 17,598 feet.
Despite sub-zero temperatures and adverse conditions, the duo successfully completed the feat.
